Approval and code
Approved firms receive a unique referral code and link to place on intake forms, emails, or the matter-review request.

Refer the examination
When counsel (or a client introduced by the firm) retains VE Forensics, the code is recorded on the project contract.

Payout after collection
Compensation is 10% of forensic professional-services fees on that contract — not software licenses — paid after the matter invoice is collected.
What is in scope
- Included: professional services on the forensic project contract — collection, examination, reporting, production, and agreed testimony support.
- Excluded: third-party forensic software licenses, hardware, and Vital Edge IT managed-services agreements unless a separate arrangement is written.
- Timing: payout follows receipt of the matter invoice, not the referral date.
- Starting rate: 10%. Change it in
src/lib/brand.ts(AFFILIATE_RATE).
