Engagement model
- Law firm introduces the matter. The firm is the affiliate / referral path — it introduces the business seeking litigation-approved email and file forensics.
- Consultation with counsel. VE Forensics handles project consultation directly with the law firm, not by cold-calling the business alone.
- Authorized access with counsel. To reach business emails and in-scope personal chats, we work with counsel to obtain the necessary admin / authorized access.
- Keywords from the firm. The law firm provides the keywords and search parameters needed to compile the litigation-approved reporting.
- Examination in tandem. Examinations run in tandem with the law firm — counsel stays in the loop for privilege, scope, and production.
